Luxa Crystal Rewards is a loyalty program and our way of thanking you for supporting Luxa.
How do I join?
You can register for Luxa Crystal Rewards by creating an account in-store or on our website. To create online click the rewards icon in the bottom left hand side of the screen.
Is there a cost associated?
Nope, it's free!
How do I earn points?
You start earning points just by signing up! You earn 3 points for every $1 spent. We have plenty of ways to earn points listed in your account.Â
How many points do I have?
You can check your points balance by logging into your account on www.luxajewelry.com and signing into the rewards icon on the bottom left hand side.Â
Do you offer a referral program?
Yes! When you log into your Luxa Crystal Rewards account you can send a friend a $10 discount code. You will receive a $10 discount code once they make a qualifying purchase. Customer must be new to Luxa to qualify. Point value is non-transferable.Â
How do I redeem my Luxa Crystal Rewards Points?
You can redeem points by logging into your account and selecting the available reward. The reward code can be entered online or in-store. Once points are redeemed we are not able to adjust the balance. Luxa Crystal Rewards can not be used to purchase gift cards and can not be combined with other discounts.Â
