We want you to love your Luxa purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right. We believe one of the perfect things about owning a handmade item is beautiful imperfections. Due to the nature of natural stones all items will vary slightly. 



  • A store credit or exchange will be issued for items returned within 21 days of purchase. If approved, items received outside of this timframe will receive a store credit at the current selling price less a 10% restocking fee. We reserve the right to change this policy at any point and for any reason. 
  • Online returns must submit a Return Authorization From before we will accept your returned items. Please click here to initate RA Form. If approved a return label will be emailed to the email on the order. Return label amount will be deducted from return. Store credit will reflect purchase less return shipping fee upon receiving of returned merchandise. Approved items must be post marked within 5 days of the approved RA form. 
  • For pick-up orders 21 days begins on the date the 'pick-up' notification email is sent.
  • All clothing items must have original tags attached and show no use of wear.
  • Intimates are final sale.
  • For sanitary reasons all earrings are final sale.
  • Custom orders are non-refundable.
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item in your package please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

  • We stand 100% by our commitment to quality. We are happy to provide repairs on damaged items, a cost may be associated. There may be times when materials are unavailable for a repair.  Please note all stones are natural and we value the unique nature they provide, this may affect the appearance of your repair. We require all damaged items be returned to us before sending out replacements.
  • We do sell single earrings if you lose one.
  • Repair times vary during the year.
  • If you are having an item repaired it is the customers responsibility to pay to return the damaged item as well as return shipping once the item is repaired. Return shipping is $5, you can use this link to initiate the return of item. 


  • ​Shipping charges will be added to your order, upon check out. Please remember to use any shipping coupons at time of check out, discounts will not be refunded after the order is processed.
  • Orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days. You will be notified if an item will take longer to process, due to availability of materials and stones. We try our best to process your order ASAP.
  • Standard shipping has a typical delivery window of 3-5 days once processed.
  • Once items leave our hands we are not responsible for items delayed due to shipping carriers. 
  • Please contact us if you have specific shipping requests, so we can plan accordingly.
  • We ship world wide, please contact us if you do not see your location as an option. Any fees associated with customs are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for additional charges when shipped out of the country. Purchases will not be refunded due to this.

  • Wedding orders require a minimum 50% deposit.
  • There are no exchanges or returns on custom orders.
  • All jewelry is made by hand, length and/or size can be adjusted upon request.


  • We currently fulfill online transactions via PayPal and Shopify's secure credit card payment system.
  • If you have trouble using a gift card please send us an email or click here. Gift cards can be applied in the checkout window. 



  • Only one coupon valid per transaction.
  • If your having trouble with a coupon code, send a quick note and we will be sure to clear it up ASAP!
  • By signing up for the newsletter you will receive emails providing discounts and notifications of new products. We vow to limit emails and only contact you when we can't hold our excitement in any longer about new styles, events, give-aways and discounts.

Apollo Wraps

We advise against wearing jewelry in water to ensure longevity. Suede fibers may become compromised if wet. Avoid pulling strands too tight as this may shorten the life of suede. If your stone becomes loose or a point of attachment comes out, please contact us we are happy to fix the item free of charge. We will replace suedes at any point, the customer pays only to return the item and return shipping. Use this link to initiate shipping return charges.
