If you bring an item in store for repair you will receive an email confirmation for future communication about the repair details.

Once we receive your order for repair we will email a Return Authorization (RA) code within 24 hours of receipt of order. Please include this in your return package.

We repair Apollo Wrap suedes at any point free of charge. If mailing your return, it will be subject to a $5 return shipping fee, this will be added at checkout.

You can coordinate drop off/pick up for repairs at our store location in Ipswich. Please select store pick-up at checkout.

Any item received without a Return Authorization code will be returned to sender.

How do I join?
You can register for Luxa Crystal Rewards by creating an account in-store or on our website. To create online click the rewards icon in the bottom left hand side of the screen.
Is there a cost associated?
Nope, it's free!
How do I earn points?
You start earning points just by signing up! You earn 3 points for every $1 spent. We have plenty of ways to earn points listed in your account. 
How many points do I have?
You can check your points balance by logging into your account on www.luxajewelry.com and signing into the rewards icon on the bottom left hand side. 
Do you offer a referral program?
Yes! When you log into your Luxa Crystal Rewards account you can send a friend a $10 discount code. You will receive a $10 discount code once they make a qualifying purchase. Customer must be new to Luxa to qualify. Point value is non-transferable. 
How do I redeem my Luxa Crystal Rewards Points?
You can redeem points by logging into your account and selecting the available reward. The reward code can be entered online or in-store. Once points are redeemed we are not able to adjust the balance. Luxa Crystal Rewards can not be used to purchase gift cards and can not be combined with other discounts.
